With the recession behind us and the economy slowly improving, small business owners are feeling good about the chances that their business will experience success during the rest of 2011.  According to Capital One’s latest Small Business Barometer Survey, 61 percent of business owners are confident that their 2011 business performance will exceed their accomplishments in 2010.
